ordering instructions.

RETURNS: All returns
are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return
shipping cost and all prior-shipping costs will not be refunded.
PREORDERS: All preorder deposits are NON REFUNDABLE
DELIVERY TIMES: We try to ship
out all orders within 48 hours. If the product is not in stock, it will go on a
back order list and will be shipped out as soon as it is in stock.
SHIPPING TERMS: Our primary shipper is United States Parcel
Service (UPS),
For international shipping and
some larger boxes shipped within the US we use Truck Freight. Normal ground
shipping is 5 to 7 business days. Aeroworks will
ship all orders by normal ground unless advised by the customer for
alternative shipping. The customer will pay any
alternative shipping cost.
SHIPPING
PRICES: Shipping will be paid by the customer. On larger sized boxes
the shipping rate is determined by dimensional weight. Most smaller sized boxes
will average a $10.00 shipping charge. Medium sized boxes will average a $20.00
shipping charge. Shipping cost will be
added to all orders. All orders shipped will have insurance protection.
COMBO SHIPPING PRICES:
When a combination
package is purchased the larger of the shipping cost will be charged.
